So much to do so little time. What is more important in life sleep, work, school, homework, eating, exercising, family obligations, etc. This is why organization is so important. Especially for me with school, work, family obligations and personal activities to get accomplished. So I thought it would be good to find some way to make sure the most out of the day is being used to the fullest. I found the clock system keeps me the most productive thought the day.
5 ways to organize
- Clock system- break your day up like a clock and fill in the time when you have each task. I personally didn’t like the two circles so I made some bigger and some smaller so my clock in my planner kinda looks like a flower.
- Box checking system- writing the task down with a box next to it to check once accomplished.
- To do list- similar to box checking but to do lists don’t involve boxes to check stuff off it’s usually crossed off instead. Almost everyone should know what a to do list is if not I’m surprised!
- Monthly tracker- usually used in bullet journals. Write down what task you want to do followed by all the days in the month and every day you complete the task mark or color in the box.
- Drawing system- draw a picture (water perhaps) and once the task is completed color in the icon to shows it was completed.
